最近結束了為期16天的東歐貿訪團
很高興在這段旅程中遇到了各式各樣的人
聽到了許多故事
中間發生的種種 還是印象深刻
卻很難用言語述說的清
最後從香港回台北的那段
因為趕著轉機 一切非常匆促
整段旅程因為最後匆促的轉機而有點虎頭蛇尾的感覺
回到了台北大家領完行李一個一個離開了
互相擁抱握手say goodbye
讓我覺得很感傷
是不是當人已經習慣於這樣的分離
才是成熟呢？
還是因為在國外的氛圍不同 才會如此感傷？
最近雅雯要搬到台北了
讓我更加感傷了
之後就只能趁著假日她回彰化才能碰面吃飯
其實人生真的就是這樣
變化 才是人生的本質
有些變化太微小 讓人不容易察覺
而太大的改變 又讓人承受不起
就只好假裝可以接受
而假裝多次之後 就成為常態
再更多次之後 就麻痺於這種分離了
到底怎樣才是好的呢?
是讓自己可以麻痺於人生的轉變
還是徹徹底底的接受 再用時間去慢慢消化
這就是看個人的選擇了吧

最近在畫油畫 有些心得
每次開始動筆畫的時候
準備那些顏料 需要用的油 畫板 等等
在看著影片或照片作畫時
總有一種痛苦的感覺
那種痛苦 是擔心害怕一點失誤就毀了整張畫而產生的痛苦
雖然隨著畫的次數增加
這種痛苦感卻不會減少
然而畫完之後 卻有一種釋放的快感
雖然目前畫畫的階段都還是新手等級
但是看著之前的畫到現在的畫
就算只有一點的成長 也很欣慰
有點可以體會那些畫家的心情
每次的畫作都是一個新的突破
每次的作畫過程
就像是把自己投入到痛苦的深淵
再拉自己起來
而結束後有種被洗滌的感覺
或許就是這樣的感覺
讓那些畫家一畫再畫
就像是上癮或中毒一樣吧
當有種東西是只要用心 就可以被確切掌握的
如此確切的感覺
就是人生所需要的
不管是畫畫 或是任何事情
我想 能夠找到一兩樣可以確切掌握的事情
並好好發揮
這樣的人生 應當不會遺憾
突然覺得自己好不會描述阿
總之就是有點小心得啦~

最近看了這部日劇 很好看
男主角是阿部寬
是一部很輕鬆的喜劇
裡面還有一隻超可愛的巴哥狗
真是太可愛啦 戲份也蠻多的
阿部寬飾演的桑野是一個中年建築設計師
一直以來都過著獨居又愜意的生活
對愛情沒有特別憧憬
他媽媽很擔心他沒有對象未來會孤單
他倒覺得自己一個人吃飯生活很自在
後來因為鄰居搬家後以及他媽媽對話的點醒
"你其實並不知道孤單的滋味"
"我一直是一個人阿"
"不要找藉口了 你身邊不總是有人的嗎?"
他才發覺雖然他總是一個人生活
但每天仍然接觸到許多的人--
工作上的夥伴 意外而熟識的鄰居 以及看病認識常常互相鬥嘴的女醫師 
結局一樣是很日式沒有一個明確的結局
不過不管怎樣 也算是有伏筆的好結局囉
真的是很好看說
每次看完好看的戲劇 總會有一點點空虛感阿 ....

睡覺可以養顏美容，但睡錯了方法，可能會越睡越老，因為側睡的話，脖子皺紋就多了好幾條，長期下來，頸部的皺紋會變多。為什麼有人六十歲卻看起來永遠都像二十八歲？關鍵就是看妳怎麼睡，仰著睡？還是側著睡？
二十三歲的小安，只要平躺就睡不著，非要側一點，但她自己都沒注意到，側著側著，脖子上的皺紋就這樣「側」出來了，妳也在睡覺中「睡老」了嗎？平躺的時候，脖子光滑的像BABY，一條皺紋都沒有，側躺30度，已經是熟女三十拉警報，紋路現身，再側躺到九十度，這個脖子的年紀，應該已經快六十，等到三四十歲，皮膚壓了就彈不回來，到時候出門別人還以為你帶了好幾圈項鍊。還是好好仰著睡，不花一毛錢，就能睡出一張不老的臉。（完整影音新聞請見：http://news.cts.com.tw/cts/life/200910/200910270335957.html）

今天下午去文化局聽九把刀演講
兩點半開始的演講 兩點十分到 卻已經沒位置了
後來是坐在外面看同步播放的錄影
雖然少了臨場感 而且又悶熱
不過聽完還是覺得很值得
這次的演講題目是 "人生就是不斷的戰鬥"
九把刀一開始說他因為很喜歡畫漫畫
小時候勵志當一個漫畫家
國中念精誠的時候 跟一個同學一起努力要考復興美工
但是後來卻因為那個同學放棄
加上自己也覺得有繪畫的瓶頸 (不會畫女生和手)
所以他也放棄了
後來喜歡上了一個成績很好的同學
為了要跟她並駕齊驅
就努力把荒廢的學業拼起來
後來雖然成績可以上彰中
還為了能繼續跟那女生有機會相處而決定直升高中
高中要升大學時
因為他喜歡的女生要推甄交大
他也跟著想一起去推甄交大
但是一個學校只有兩個名額
後來一個同學跟那女生說她也想推甄交大
沒想到九把刀喜歡的女生卻讓給那女生考
但是最後那女生卻沒去考 ...
讓九把刀"杜爛"(他是這麼說的)了很久
後來他講到有一年他媽媽得了白血病
加上家中有幾百萬的負債
那年他拼了平均每個月寫一本小說
共寫了14個月 真的蠻佩服的
不過對他來說也算是一段難熬的日子
他在大學的後期覺得念的是自己沒興趣的
有一段時間荒廢學業 只會看電影和租漫畫來看
但是這段荒廢的期間卻也造就了他現在寫小說和導電影的生活
所以其實每段時間多多少少都有它的意義
要用功就用功到底 要廢就廢到底
我想這也算是他的人生哲學吧! 
演講後段 九把刀鼓勵大家有想做的事 就要好好努力去做
就像他當初為了當漫畫家努力了很久
後來發現自己的瓶頸而放棄
但至少也放棄的問心無愧
畢竟自己努力過了
而且他在看漫畫和畫漫畫的過程中
也造就了他醞釀許多故事的想法
之後也讓他在寫小說上有許多源源不絕的題材
因為九把刀演講很不拘小節
不管是 杜爛 靠 還有三字經的第一個字 等等的
他都不"諱言"的講出來
不過卻讓台下的聽眾笑到翻掉 (有點誇張)
尤其是年輕人會更有拉近的感覺吧!
這場演講真的聽得很開心
雖然不曾買過或看過他的作品
但聽過演講之後應該會找機會來看看
其實聽演講真的很好玩
可以從中得知許多不同的人生
希望之後有感興趣的演講題目都要去聽
下一個"藝文"目標 ....
下禮拜六的爵士音樂會
期待期待!!!!!!
